Each pad foam particle is an individual. And each of them only 0.2g. Therefore, EVA pad form has excellent flexibility while providing good protection.The 0.2g weight keep it lightweight even if the whole pad foam is made by high density unit. 

The space between the two EVA pad particles provides a good space for air to circulate.
